This plan includes a 60 minute 1:1 in person coaching, nutrition guidance, and accountability weekly check ins.
30 Sessions - This package is ideal for someone who is ready to get their fitness game on and is the MOST POPULAR! All levels of fitness experience are suitable for this plan. Commitment is key here. This plan would be set up with a 3 day a week program and includes a 60 minute in person 1:1 coaching sessions, meal plan nutrition guidance, and weekly accountability check ins.
12 Week program including - 3-5 sessions per week. Ideally this plan is for anyone making the ultimate commitment to change their life for GOOD! Most people who purchase this program are looking to achieve incredible results quickly. Weather it be for a wedding or special occasion or just looking to see results fast. Dedication and consistency are required for this program. This program includes: 60 minute in person 1:1 session, meal plan/nutrition guidance, and weekly accountability check-ins.
Hybrid Coaching
